We strive to provide clear and fair guidelines to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining a balance between the interests of both guests and hosts. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
No-Show or Early Departure: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice) or early departure, the guest will be charged for the entire reserved stay.
Reservation Modifications: If a guest wishes to modify their reservation dates after check-in, any unused nights will be non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 48 business hours of the cancellation date.
Cancellation Communication: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@staymuah.com.
Property Unavailability: In the rare event that a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance issues, we will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative. If no acceptable alternative can be found, a full refund will be issued.
