Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay throughout your time with us.
1. Booking and Payment.
Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
Payments are non-refundable once check-in has commenced. Other cancellations are guided by our cancellation policy which you will find here.
Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before checkout and are subject to availability, payment confirmation and our discretion.
A refundable caution deposit is required for every booking and returned after a satisfactory inspection by StayMuah within 24 to 48 working hours after checkout.
2. Check-in/Check-out.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late checkout will attract additional charges.
3. Guest IdentificationValid government-issued ID (e.g., International Passport, National ID, Driver’s License) is required at booking and at check-in.
The name on the booking must match the name on the ID provided, except otherwise agreed to by StayMuah.

5. Occupancy.Only the number of guests specified at booking may stay in the apartment.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Security and Damages.Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during their stay.
Any damage, loss, or breakage caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
Please note that we reserve the right to withhold your caution fee completely and/or charge you beyond it for cases of clear reckless usage of apartments.
7. Liability and Guest Responsibility.Guests stay at the property at their own risk..
StayMuah is not liable for:
- Injuries, accidents, or losses occurring inside or outside the apartment
- Damages to personal belongings.
- Interruptions in utility services caused by third parties (e.g. power outage, water supply disruption)
Guests are advised to obtain personal insurance for their belongings and health coverage.
8. House Rules.No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking will lead to a forfeiture of caution fee.
No loud music or parties without prior approval.
No unauthorized guests or overnight stays beyond the number specified in the booking.
No pets allowed unless pre-approved.
No illegal activity on the premises.
Keep noise levels reasonable at all times, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Breach of house rules may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
We operate a Fair Usage Policy. Any excessive or inappropriate use of the apartment may lead to additional charges and immediate eviction.
9. Utilities and Amenities.Utilities (water, power, internet) are included, but excessive use will attract extra charges.
Cleaning is provided once every 3 days. Additional cleaning available at an extra fee.
StayMuah reserves the right to evict guests who breach any terms without refund.
Illegal activities or conduct endangering the property or others will lead to immediate eviction and possible legal action.
We operate a Fair Usage Policy. Any excessive or inappropriate use of the apartment may lead to additional charges and immediate eviction.
Examples include and are not limited to
Care for the Property: Extreme usage of an apartment in any way, shape or form as well as furniture, appliances, and fittings without care will result in additional charges and/or immediate eviction.
Stained Towels, Sheets & Sofas: Avoid using white towels or beddings for makeup, hair dye, or cleaning. Replacement costs may apply.
11. Force Majeure.StayMuah is not liable for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government orders, and so on).

These terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria.
